Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wahai Bazaar, we take great care in preparing and packaging each order. Due to the curated and mystery nature of our products (including gift boxes, bundles, and capsule-style items), all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing wahaibazaar@gmail.com with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item(s), outer packaging, and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide a replacement when available or, if necessary, a refund to the original payment method. The resolution method is determined by Wahai Bazaar based on the situation and item availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Items that have been used, opened, or altered

• Curated sets, bundles, gift boxes, or mystery capsules once delivered

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after the claim has been reviewed and approved.
